Pink Gin Spritz

Method

Step 1 – Combine the Settlers Spirits Pink Gin, Aperol and Oceans Spirit Tonic in a tumbler with a small handful of ice
Step 2 – Stir vigorously until the outside of the glass feels chilled
Step 3 – Garnish with dried red grapefruit from the pack and a sprig of mint
Step 4 – Bottoms up!
